BOARDING:
—Matted stall with pelleted bedding.
—Every day pasture turnout.
—Quality hay fed twice a day, more in cold weather and as needed in the spring/summer.
—Mineral salt blocks provided in each stall.
—Grain provided or portion out yours.
--Visual inspection for cuts or lameness, first aid will be applied and notification to the owner.
—Application of your fly spray, masks, sheets, blankets as deemed necessary or instructed.
—Saddle racks, space below and hooks above in the spacious, well lit tack room.
— Restroom/shower.
—Access to arena, round pen, on property trails and empty fields for riding.

PRICES:
All of the above, 12 x 12 stall in the evenings:
$315/month

All of the above, 12 x 11 stall in the evenings and large gravel run:
$325/month

All of the above, 12 x 12 stall in the evenings and a gravel paddock or run: $345/month

The horsemen and horsewomen who board here come from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds. Some are first time horse owners, some have decades of experience. We are all encouraging, open minded, accepting and dedicated. Make some life long friends who share your passion for horses.

--Exercising--price depends on what is requested.
--Gathering and holding for the vet/farrier, $15/ea occurrence
--Administering medications $5/ea occurrence
--Therapeutic exercise and boarding for injury recovery
--Horse trailer parking, $20/month

SHORT TERM BOARDING:
Subject to stall availability, we offer short term boarding.

This can be an option for those who keep their horse at home but would like to have easy facility access for a short period of time to get ready for a competition, or want a place to ride and work with their horse for consecutive days without having to haul in or without having to board on an ongoing basis. This is also an option if you are going away on vacation, or if you need a stall for your horse after a medical procedure etc.

Short term boarding fee is $25 per day plus any additional fees.
If you bring your own hay, the rate is $20/day.

Full day charges for day of arrival and departure unless the horse leaves before 10am on the final day. If the horse leaves before 10a,m, there is no charge for the last day.

ARENA HAUL IN:
The arena is available for haul ins during the following times:

Mondays, 4pm-8pm
Thursdays, 8am-noon

$10 per horse

If you are interested in hauling your horse in, contact 360-306-2282, call or text, or use the contact form on this website to arrange an appointment time on your first visit. There will be a brief orientation and some paperwork for you and anyone who ever comes to the facility with you, even if they are just watching. You'll only need to do this once, unless there is an update to the paperwork,

Hauling in is for access to the covered arena only at this time.
